    • We honor refunds for any reason within the 30-day period, even if the product works as intended.
    • For broken or defective items, we offer a full refund or replacement.

      • Your order details.
      • Photos and video evidence of any damage (if applicable).

Return Shipping

  • Aqua Beats will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.

Refunds
